Xunai and its operator

Adults and genuine accounts

You must be at least 18 to use Xunai. Provide accurate account information, use an account you control and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person or create accounts to evade a restriction. Email or Google verification confirms control of an email account; it does not verify a person's identity, intentions or safety.

Free core features

Discovery, profile viewing, likes, contact requests, messaging and privacy controls are free. Equal anti-abuse limits apply. Contact eligibility depends on both members' preferences, account status, visibility and blocking rules. Registration does not guarantee available candidates, acceptance, replies or a relationship.

Respect and safety

Do not harass, threaten, scam, spam or solicit money. Do not publish illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, hate or violence. Do not share another person's private information or content without permission. Do not use automated accounts to send likes or messages, scrape members' information, or bypass access and security controls.

Do not put contact details or external links in your public introduction. Report suspicious members or content and use blocking when needed. Use caution when meeting someone or sharing personal information. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Your content and moderation

You retain rights to content you create. You give us permission to store, process, moderate and display it as needed to provide Xunai, subject to your settings and these terms. Only submit content you have the right to share. Member-only profiles and public photo delivery have different access properties, as explained in our Privacy notice.

Content may remain unpublished while it is reviewed. We may restrict content or accounts for safety, abuse or violations of these terms. AI may assist review; it is not proof that a person or item is safe. You can ask for a review of a moderation decision through Help & Feedback or [email protected].

AI guides and other members

AI guides are labelled informational content authors. They are separate from dating profiles and do not simulate matches, likes or private romantic messages. Guide suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. Other members speak for themselves; their statements are not endorsements by Xunai.

Leaving and requesting deletion

You can pause or close your account in settings. A pause or closure stops availability under the account rules but does not erase every stored record immediately. Use the data-management page or contact support to request deletion or access. The Privacy notice describes the current review process and retained records.

Availability, changes and your rights

We may maintain, change or interrupt the service, and cannot promise uninterrupted availability or a particular result. We will date updates to these terms here and communicate material changes through the service or account contact channel where appropriate. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that applicable law gives you, or excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Contact [email protected] with questions, complaints or appeals. Include enough information to identify the issue, but never send passwords or verification codes. We may ask for information needed to confirm account ownership before handling a private account request.
